(‘Terms’) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited
from using or accessing this site.
2. OPERATIONAL NATURE AND DOMAIN-BASED EXECUTION
These Terms constitute a direct, binding electronic agreement between the User and the operational
infrastructure governing the domain Celende.com. For logistical, structural, and administrative reasons, this
Platform operates autonomously under its digital identity. All core rights, liabilities, software functionality, and
protections specified herein apply strictly to the domain entity Celende.com and its active subdomains,
independent of any undisclosed corporate ownership or parent holdings.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
By creating an account or listing items on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years
of age and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract. You are entirely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. SUBDOMAINS AND CLASSIFIED LISTINGS (CARS, BOATS, ETC.)
The Platform acts strictly as a neutral venue and an interactive digital directory allowing users to post classified
listings for various assets, including vehicles, marine craft, and other goods. Celende.com does not own,
inspect, verify, certify, store, or sell any of the items listed on the Platform. We are not a licensed vehicle or boat
dealer, broker, or auctioneer. Any transaction, negotiation, or agreement conducted through or initiated on the
Platform is solely between the buyer and the seller.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & INDEMNIFICATION
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SUBDOMAINS ARE PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ BASIS
WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CELENDE.COM DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SAFETY, OR
LEGALITY OF ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR LISTINGS. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Celende.com, its digital infrastructure, operational administrators, and affiliates from any claims,
damages, liabilities, or losses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or interactions with
other users.
6. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) SAFE HARBOR
As an interactive service provider operating under US law, Celende.com respects intellectual property rights. If
you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by a listing, please submit a formal takedown request to
our designated administrator via our contact portal. In accordance with safe harbor provisions, Celende.com will
expeditiously remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receiving valid notice.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of Celende.com or these Terms shall be
resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration. Users explicitly waive their right to participate in a
class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration
Act (FAA) of the United States.
8. SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such
unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Celende.com
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and its subdomains without
prior notice for any breach of these Terms.
